He has more than 25 years of experience in Poultry industry and Organic NON GMO Soy production. He directs the work of executives providing guidance and motivation, stirs all company’s operations, people and ventures in order to drive maximum performance, maintain and grow business. His financial skills help in development and execution of cost-effective operations and market development activities. Currently, he has started a new venture of Poultry Layer Farming with his humongous years of expertise in that industry. He aims to further develop and enhance the company’s culture in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and success of the company.

Pawanpreet, the people’s person has always believed in inspiring and providing strategic leadership to the employees to work effectively and efficiently to achieve the goals of the company. He has 15 years of experience in Fisheries and Poultry industry. His assessing and management skills have helped in resolving problematic developments and situations within and outside the company. With all these years, he has worked empathetically towards the betterment of employees, society and customer satisfaction which in long run has led to the flourishment of the organization as a whole. He is working towards the new venture of Poultry Layer Farming and aims to deliver optimistic results for the society and the company.
